REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
AVOCADA offers a 90-days return policy.
We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.

Please send us an email to email@example.com before you sens us something back. Include your order number in your email message.
You will receive an email notification from AVOCADA when we receive and process your return. Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed.
Refunds are issued to your original payment source. Shipping charges of return packages are at the customer’s expense. Items not returned will not be refunded.
We would like to kindly remind you, all the to-be-returned items must be in new or unused condition with original packaging and materials included. “New or unused condition” means that there are no scratches, marks, blemishes, signs of use or wear nor any other damage(s) to the item. We reserve the right to make deductions on the refund amount or refuse the refund or exchange if the item is not in new or unused condition.
VIP Points are for one-time use and non-refundable.
Faulty items will be exchanged by the same item or another item of your preference, subject to availability. If your original purchase was delivered within the European Union, shipping charges of return packages are at our expense provided the above instructions are followed.
